Hondas Young Drivers tested at Barcelona
The Honda Young Driver Programme ran GP2 drivers Andi Zuber, Luca Filippi and Mike Conway at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona last week. As part of the teams commitment to the development of young motorsport talent, each driver had the opportunity to drive the Honda race car for one day as the team took a closer look at their potential to assist with future testing requirements.

Barcelona Day 2: McLaren Trail Ferrari Again
The Vodafone McLaren Mercedes have completed the second day of testing at the Barcelona circuit in eastern Spain. Test and reserve driver Pedro de la Rosa and Gary Paffett were testing for the British team today. Pedro ended the day 2nd, as Gary finished the day in 5th place, just under a second behind seven time world champion Michael Schumacher.

Christian and Tonio optimistic
Christian Klien and Tonio Liuzzi completed Force Indias three day test at Barcelona on Thursday. On another fairly cold day at the Circuit de Catalunya, the team managed to move away from the last slots on the timesheets, with Kliens fastest time quicker than those posted by the two Hondas, the Austrian ending the day 15th.

The Honda Racing F1 Team began its on-track preparations for the 2008 Formula One season at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona this week. The three-day test sees the team’s 2007 car, the RA107, running without traction control as the new standardised electronics system is evaluated for the first time.
